Some say tennis is the toughest sport on earth. So by default tennis players are some of the fittest athletes in the world.
At ProWorld our athlete’s fitness regime is crucial to their development. We place the same amount of importance to fitness as we do to tennis.
We believe, that in order to be a successful athlete, it is essential to coordinate a balance with the technical, tactical, physical, mental and nutritional areas of  training.

 

 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?
 Our personalized fitness plans will cover every fitness area that is required for a tennis player to excel and reach maximum potential.
After running a series of tests, our team will determine the athlete’s needs and create an innovative, customized training program just for them.
PERSONAL EVALUATION
Our team will evaluate our athletes individually on the court, in the gym and in the track to create a personal plan based on their needs. This plan will work according to their tournament schedule in order to enhance performance during competitive events.

NUTRITION
Training with intensity for extensive hours takes a toll on the body. This is why not only it is important to refuel your body of lost and used nutrients during matches/practices, but to know how and with what to refuel your body properly so you can always train at your maximum. GYM SESSIONS

For quite some time, gym and tennis were not often associated with each other. In today’s game, gym training has become a mandatory discipline in order to maintain overall body health and keep up with the demands of the training involved.

We offer daily gym sessions that can be added to your program.

INJURY PREVENTION
In order to prevent injury we make sure our athletes are training with the latest training methods and ensure we that their training is being followed on and off the court. Training seriously is a 24 hour job.
TOURNAMENT TRAVELING PLAN

Our team will create a complete personal fitness plan for the players that go abroad and play tournaments.

This will insure that their fitness level is constantly improving.
